Is there far too many books you really want to read but there is just not enough time? Well, I’ve found myself in that position and that’s why I’ve decided to help you. Over the next few weeks I am going to start the 30 days book challenge. Here’s how it works. You comment here and let me know what book you want me to read. Once there are enough choices there, I’ll select a certain amount of them and I’ll read a book a day for 30 days, video review them and pinpoint the main learnings and give you an idea as to whether or not you want to read it yourself. It should be in the business/communication/psychology/relationship/spirituality areas. So just leave your preferred book choice in the comment field below and hopefully your choice will be picked.

What do you want me to read for you?

The book I suggest you read is ” The Talent Code” by Daniel Coyle, great great great book, its not a should it is a MUST!!
Here a resume:
What is the secret of getting really good at something? How do we unlock it?
Journalist and New York Times bestselling author Daniel Coyle visited nine of the world’s greatest talent hotbeds — tiny places that produce huge amounts of talent, from a small music camp in upstate New York to an elementary school in California to the baseball fields of the Caribbean.
He found that there’s a pattern common to all of them — certain methods of training, motivation, and coaching. This pattern, which has to do with the fundamental mechanisms through which the brain acquires skill, gives us a new way to think about talent — as well as new tools with which we can unlock our own talents and those of our kids.
I am sure you will read it!! And you won´t be dissapointed!!
Regards from sunny Barcelona!!
Btw…I am just back from Tony Robbins UPW seminar as a staff member, it was awsome! Hope you come to Barcelona soon!

Brilliant idea Owen – I have already got a book reader so that is ok although I’d love to hear your views on the books The Tao of Love and Sex by Jolan Chang, The Alchemy of Opposites by Rodolfo Scarfallato, Mind and Nature: A Necessary Unity – Gregory Bateson and The Game of Life by Timothy Leary… perhaps you have already read them all! Have fun what ever you choose to read jx

Another one! – Heard recently about a business book that is supposed to be brill esp if you are taking up changes etc. Can’t rem the name of it though – it had Cheese in the title but I’m presuming you are going to know what I’m talking about. A synopsis of it would be great.

Here’s more.
I have Tribes by Seth Godin on my bookshelf and haven’t started it yet.
You are the Limiting Factor by Blaise Brosnan – I started it and proved to myself that I am definitely the limiting factor as I didn’t even finish the book! Blaise is a really inspiring and practical guy that does a lot of work with the CEB and I really should pick up his book again.
Listen First Sell Later by Bob Poole
Hope these are picked

‘The Game’ or ‘The Rules of the Game’.
By reviewing this, you’re engaging a younger audience (18-25), chiefly men who are quietly engaging in this form of self-help. There’s a lot of NLP undertones, practices; as well as other ways of offering social skills advice.
I think it’s important to get an Irish take on these types of books as they’re new-wave, alledgedly successful and controversial.
Do it!
Will be in touch re. interview/media opportunities Owen.
Cheers!
