Meeting Professionals Love Owen

You’re in good hands.

Owen has spoken at over 1,500 events across 33 countries.

He's super easy to work with. From the first email to the moment he leaves the stage, the process is designed to be the easiest part of your event.

Everything you need is on this page, and Sandra is a direct message away if it isn't.

From Inquiry To Event Day.

Five steps to a successful keynote.

01

Inquiry

Fill in the booking form or contact Sandra directly. We’ll confirm availability for your date and outline what working with Owen looks like from here.

02

Pre-Booking Consultation

A call between Owen and your team. Owen learns about your audience, your event context, and what success looks like for you. This is where the keynote starts to take shape.

03

Contract and Deposit

The speaker agreement is sent. The 50% deposit secures the date. You receive Owen’s professional bio, headshot pack, stage introduction script, and AV requirements immediately on signing, before you need to ask for them.

04

Pre-Event Preparation

The audience questionnaire goes out at least two weeks before the event. Owen builds or adapts the content around the responses. Sandra handles all outstanding logistics and is your single point of contact up to event day.

05

Event Day

Owen arrives at least 60 minutes before the session for soundcheck. After the keynote, he’s available for photos, brief Q&A, and informal interaction with attendees where the schedule allows.

Everything you need to promote and run the event

All assets are directly downloadable.

Speaker Bio

Three pre-written bios. Super-short (~42 words), short (~114 words), and medium (~140 words). So you can drop the right length into conference programs, event sites, or press materials without having to rewrite.

IMAGE BANK

High-resolution photos in various dimensions and formats, with headshots and stage images. Approved for all promotional use.

Speaker One-Sheet

A one-sheet covering Owen's positioning, signature keynotes, audience outcomes, client testimonials, and trusted-by logos. Forward this to anyone evaluating whether Owen is the right fit for your event.

Keynote OVERVIEW

An overview of Owen's keynote programs—titles, descriptions, and audience outcomes—formatted for sharing with stakeholders or including in event materials.

Stage Introduction

Two ready-to-read introductions for your MC to read before Owen takes the stage (longer version for headline slots and a shorter version for tighter agendas).

Staging and AV Requirements

Everything your AV team and venue contact needs to set up correctly. Share this with your team at least two weeks before the event.

SPEAKER RESUME

Owen's speaking highlights at a glance: signature keynotes, marquee clients, and the audiences he's moved. Designed to be forwarded to anyone who needs proof before approving the booking.

Audience questionnaire

A short pre-event survey to send to 5–10 of your attendees. Owen references the responses during the talk, making the session feel built for your specific audience. Takes approximately five minutes to complete.

A keynote that feels built for your specific room

Attendees at Owen's keynotes consistently describe the same thing: it felt like he already knew what we were dealing with.

That’s because he did.

Before every event, Owen gives you a short questionnaire that you can send to a sample of your audience and builds the content around what comes back.

This helps Owen learn what challenges they’re navigating, the questions they’re sitting with, and the language they already use for the ideas Owen will explore. Attendees consistently describe the result as a session that felt built for them specifically.

We suggest sending this to 5–10 audience members at least two weeks before the event. It takes approximately five minutes to complete.

What Others Say About Owen’s Keynotes

Still got questions about working with Owen?

What is the cancellation policy?

More than 30 days before the event: the 50% deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is not due. Rescheduling within 12 months is available subject to Owen’s calendar.

30 days or fewer before the event: 100% of the total fee is due. Owen will make every reasonable effort to reschedule if circumstances allow.

Can we record the keynote?

Recording requires prior written consent. Standard terms allow internal-only use for 7 days post-event. Extended rights or public use are available by separate agreement. Contact Sandra to discuss.

How much lead time does Owen need to customize the content?

The pre-event consultation call can happen up to the week before the event. The audience questionnaire should go out at least two weeks before. For significant customization (new case studies, proprietary company data integrated into the talk), four weeks is preferred. If your event is coming up quickly, contact Sandra. We’ll tell you what’s realistic.

What if our event theme changes after booking?

Contact Sandra as soon as possible. Owen’s framework is adaptable. Significant changes to the audience type or topic should be discussed directly. Most adjustments are manageable with enough lead time.

Does Owen do virtual keynotes?

Yes. Virtual keynotes are delivered from Owen’s professional studio setup via Zoom or Teams. Fees differ from in-person. Contact Sandra for details or see the keynote page for current rates.

What are the international travel requirements?

For international engagements, the client covers: lie-flat business class long-haul flights, ground transport, hotel accommodation, and reasonable meal expenses. All visa and customs documentation must be provided at least two weeks before the event. Ground transport and accommodation are billed at cost.

What if we need to reschedule?

Rescheduling requests should come to Sandra in writing as early as possible. Subject to Owen’s availability, the deposit will be applied to the new date within a 12-month window.

How do we pay?

50% on contract signing. 50% no later than 14 days before the event. Payment accepted by bank transfer, credit card, or company cheque. An invoice is issued for both payments.
