Inner world:
– Approaches to change thinking patterns effectively
– CBT, reality therapy, logotherapy, NLP
– Philosophies like stoicism and Zen Buddhism to enter a different frame of
Mind
– Behavioral economics to improve decision-making by raising awareness of
biases
– Positive psychology to study strengths, happiness and teach individuals
how to become happier
Mindfulness:
– Strategy to reduce stress and improve focus
– Jon Kabit-Zinn’s approach to mindfulness focuses on being non-judgmental
and staying present
– Ellen Langer’s concept of mindfulness emphasizes questioning assumptions
